  1. 利用規約への同意 Agreement to Terms of Use

    　AMANE  Archivesの閲覧・検索等の利用に際しては、本規約への同意をお願いします。もし、同意いただけない場合は、利用をお控えください。
    Please agree to these Terms of Use before browsing, searching, or otherwise using this site. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
     
  2. 利用規約の範囲 Scope of Terms of Use

    　本規約は、https://ourarchives.amane-project.jp/ 以下において公開されている全てのデジタルアーカイブおよび画像・メタデータに対して適用されます。
    These terms and conditions apply to all digital archives and images and metadata published under https://ourarchives.amane-project.jp/.
     
  3. 将来における利用規約の変更 Future Changes to the Terms of Use

    　本規約は、将来変更される可能性があります。変更については、１.誤字脱字の修正や文章表現の追加・変更などの表現に関する変更と、２.新たな方針の反映や公開条件の追加などの基礎的な変更を想定しています。２.の場合には、可能な限り本ページおよびSNS等で利用者への周知します。
    These Terms and Conditions are subject to change in the future. Modifications are assumed to be: 1. changes related to expression, such as correction of typographical errors and additions or changes of textual expressions, and 2. basic changes, such as reflection of new policies and additions of publication conditions. In the case of 2. above, we will inform users through this page and social networking services as much as possible.
     
  4. 公開サービスの継続性 Continuity of service

     　AMANE  Archivesは、限られた人的および物的リソースによる中長期的な持続的運用に取り組む観点から、サービスの365日24時間安定提供義務を放棄しています。システムの保守等の理由により停止する場合には、事前にWebおよびSNSにおいて告知を行います。しかしながら、予期せねシステム障害などの理由によりサービスが停止することあります。その場合は、SNS等でお知らせいただけると幸いです。
    AMANE Archives has waived its obligation to provide a stable service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the standpoint of medium- to long-term sustainable operation with limited human and material resources. In the event of a service outage due to system maintenance or other reasons, prior notice will be given on the web and SNS. However, services may be suspended due to unforeseen system failures or other reasons. In such cases, we would appreciate it if you could notify us via SNS.
     
  5. 権利・利用条件 Rights and Conditions of Use

     　掲載している画像・メタデータ等の資料情報の権利および２次利用条件については、以下の通りです。
    The rights and secondary use conditions for the material information, including images and metadata, posted on this website are as follows.
    • メタデータ Metadata：CC0　(Creative Commons)
    • 対象資料に著作権が存在する文章・画像・映像・音声などのデジタルデータ
      Digital data such as text, images, video, and audio for which copyrights exist on the subject material：CC-BY　(Creative Commons)
    • 対象資料に著作権が存在しない画像・映像・音声などのデジタルデータ
      Digital data such as images, video, and audio for which copyright does not exist on the subject material
      ： NO COPYRIGHT – CONTRACTUAL RESTRICTIONS （著作権なし – 契約による制限あり）(Rights Statements )
      制限の内容：２次利用・公開に際しては、資料名または資料IDとAMANE Archivesにおいて公開されている旨の記述を表示すること。
      Restrictions: When using materials for secondary use or publication, the name or ID of the material and a statement that the material is published on AMANE Archives must be displayed.
       
    　対象資料および資料情報に著作権及びその他の権利が存在する場合は、特段の定めがない限り各権利保持者に帰属し、日本国著作権法及び国際条約等により保護されています。その他、デジタルコンテンツの2次利用の基本的な方針については、以下のガイドラインおよび過去の判例に従います。
    Copyrights and other rights, if any, to the subject material and material information belong to the respective right holders unless otherwise specified, and are protected by the Copyright Act of Japan and international treaties. Other basic policies for secondary use of digital content are in accordance with the following guidelines and past precedents.

    　AMANE Archivesにおいて公開されている資料情報・利用条件および公開の可否については、将来の学術研究・調査の進展により変更する可能性があります。それらの情報および条件について変更が生じた場合には、本サイト・SNS等で告知するとともに該当資料情報の利用者に通知します。そのため、資料情報を学術研究および資料活用活動等において利用される場合は、あらかじめAMANE Archives運営コミュニティにお知らせいただくことを推奨します。
    The information, conditions of use, and availability of materials published in AMANE Archives are subject to change as a result of future developments in academic research and surveys. Any changes to such information and conditions will be announced on this website, SNS, etc., and users of the relevant material information will be notified. Therefore, we recommend that you notify the AMANE Archives community in advance if you intend to use the information for academic research or other activities that make use of the materials.
     
  6. 運営コミュニティ Community

    　AMANE Archivesは、合同会社AMANEおよび学術研究者からなる有志の運営コミュニティにより維持・運営されています。運営コミュニティは、AMANE Archives利用者との積極的な交流を望んでいます。利用者へのお知らせなどについては、本サイトおよびSNSへのハッシュタグ付き投稿（＃AMANEArchives）を介して行います。本規約についてのご質問・ご意見などは、お気軽にお寄せください。
    AMANE Archives is maintained and operated by AMANE, LLC and a volunteer community of academic researchers. The community hopes to actively interact with AMANE Archives users. Notices to users will be posted on this site and social networking sites with the hashtag #AMANEArchives. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments about these Terms of Use.
